Quick update and eats
Here's today's eats:

Breakfast: Quaker High Fiber Brown Sugar oatmeal with 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, 4 oz skim milk, banana with 1/2 tbsp natural peanut butter with flax seeds.
Lunch: Tuna cups (1 can Bumblebee tuna in water- triple washed, 2 tbsp Miracle Whip Light, 1/8 cup green onions in 3 endive leaves), raw veggies with 1/2 tbsp dip, fruit salad, fig bar, pink lady apple, fat free caramel apple dip.
Dinner: BBQ Chicken Panini (TJ's (Trader Joe's) 10 Grain Bread, 4 oz grilled chicken breast, 1 tbsp BB King's BBQ sauce, 1 tbsp roasted garlic hummus, 1 piece marbled colby jack thin cheese), homemade potato wedges.
Snack: Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding and Cool Whip
